Dr. Rod Douglass is a Technical Associate at Sci Tac Research Associates (STRA) LLC, bringing decades of experience in computational mechanics, mesh generation, and multiphysics simulation. A Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Dr. Douglass has been instrumental in developing mesh enhancement and adaptive refinement methods that underpin modern simulation systems. His extensive work at Los Alamos and Idaho National Laboratories has helped shape the numerical foundations of high-fidelity engineering simulations supporting national defense and energy research.
